I'd do whatever I had to do to put the stock throttle body back on it. Adapter plate, drill and tap the blower snout, etc.

Email or PM Will_974. Have him put in the LT5 tb settings. You need the background max and effective area tables. If you have a sciap, you'll need all of those settings too. I don't know of a reason why it would go into rep other than that. The wot part is most likely because you've changed the max setting in the cal and it's not the same as the one in the background nor does it agree with the effective area table. I've run into that one a lot originally when I was changing that stuff not knowing about the background settings where it would either high idle or go wot on startup. Also it's quite possible that your torque numbers are way off causing it too. Otherwise do like Ed said and figure out how to go OE.

So it actually wasn?t the TB at all, I had an AFE track series intake cut down to work with the blower and the MAF was way too close to the TB fucking everything up. Put stock air box and Magnuson intake pipe on and all is good now with the lt5 TB

Huggins, do you know how to wire in a SCIAP in a global B application?

No, I honestly don't even know right off if it's possible on one of them. It should be as I've had a couple do it on global A's, but I haven't been involved on one of these. I do know if you get it wired in, you need to populate and activate some background settings including a switch that's not accessible in any of the cals via hpt and you need to pm Will_974 for that. Otherwise the sciap on a truck is 100% worthless Will can also put in the correct tb effective area and max area settings too for your 95mm tb at the same time.

The 95mm throttle body was good the whole time, it was my maf being too close to the tb that was causing all my issues making us think it was the TB. And the truck is a monster on 13 psi, but the throttle is dumbed down so I?m not making full boost right off idle because I was and the pedal was like an on off switch, because I don?t have sciap. It?s disgusting from a roll but sluggish when I do awd launches, I have a smooth boost coming tomorrow but if I can wire in a $30 sciap kit I would gladly return the smooth boost and get my $1000 back lol

4 big players to throttle control with a pd blower on a gen V.

Effective area and max area tb tables - this goes hand and hand with the torque commands to control the throttle blade position and will even change delivered torque values
VE - with a NN vehicle you need to make sure it's scaled up into boost - yes this is possible for the VE tables to be rescaled to read into higher Pratio levels
Torque model needs to be right or somewhat close. Primarily the map side as this one more directly controls the throttle plate. Map and airmass both need to match one another as much as possible.
SCIAP - so it can see the pressure drop on the backside of the throttle plate as to better calculate throttle position - there are switches and background tables that need to be fixed for this to work

Other players from that point being DD, torque settings, rate limits and so on...

What I'm trying to say is the more correct you can make things, the better off you are
