VCM Editor--> Trans --> Wheres the "UP Shift" option

Admittedly I am very green to tuning however not so green behind a computer using various software...

I recently purchased a MPVI3 & downloaded the VCM Suite . Was finally able to get a few free minutes to connect to my car ( 2015 Chevrolet SS) read the tune and get a copy of it saved so I could start adjusting things here and there. The car has been tuned by a local performance shop after a Cam , stall , LTH etc etc install but there are still plenty are areas it could be fine tuned...

Yes I could take it back and let them adjust it , I know... but the shop is over an hour away and its just rough trying to find the time to get over there these days.

Now on to my current issue!!

The trans is the main area I feel like still needs some attention ... and when I open the VCM Editor and go to the Trans Tab : Torque Management --> according to all the information I have been absorbing on where to start tuning the 6L80 there is suppose to be a "UP SHIFT" option to click on under the Torque Management tab.. However in my case it is nowhere to be found..

    Anybody know why?

Could the tune be locked and its just not letting me into certain areas of it?

I went to the HP Tuners website and Re downloaded the VCM Suite and removed & re installed the software just to insure its the most recent and it was installed correctly.

Any help is appreciated at this point.

Always post said file, that way we can see it for ourselves.

Your one screen shot didn't work from the looks of it. My only thing to check would be make sure you are in advanced view under the edit tab.
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.

If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.
