    Unhappy 392 Stroker fueling Issues

Built a 392 stroker and have been working with a tuner. It's running really rich and surging from 1400 to 2200 rpms and will not idle lower. Checked for vacuum leaks and exhaust leaks but didn't find anything. Tried a different throttle body but nothing changed. Throttle response is laggy. Truck is a manual but we are using an automatic ECM. This is the latest tune my tuner sent me but are running out of things to try. I will also list the specs and upgrades to the engine.

    2018 5.7 hemi
    392 stroker kit
    392 injectors
    87mm Ported throttle body
    Long tube headers
    Manual trans
Sensors, computer and tone wheel switched to 2005 Ram 1500 equipment
Pretty hot cam with .600 lift

    Any help would be appreciated.

We had to switch two throttle pedal wires at the ecm that were sending wacky voltages to the throttle body
