Scanner being laggy

Hi, im having lag issues while running scanner. Its for a gen 3 0411 on an SBC 24x. The odd part is its only the STFT bars that flicker and do not show up on my screen completely, everything else looks good and responds well. The other part is lag while logging ve plots on the histograms, it's quite delayed and I don't feel comfortable using that data. I use this interface on many different vehicles and it does not do this. Its an MPVI 2. I attached a log file. When you play the log file you dont see any problems and it plays back smoothly so its not much use. I would have to screen record my laptop to really show whats happening. Wondering if this is a known issue. Thanks

I doubt I can help but it would be interesting to see that screen recording to show the mystery flicker.
I use Icecream Screen Recorder, after trying several. It was the easiest to use, least amount of bs nonsense.

I played your .hpl but mine is not configured to show your stuff so only a few things were displayed. Could you by chance post your config file; VCM Scanner.cfg

You use a USB cable or Bluetooth? The latter usually doesn't work for me, for anything. So I'd try a cable if you aren't already. My next troubleshooting plan, if it were me, is use a different laptop.

That's a good point. You got to be mindful not to log too much.

If my laptop goes to sleep its best if I just restart scanner. Else I might have hiccups and lags in recording.
