That's very interesting have you found away to match up turbo airflow vs desired Turbo airflow?

Ive tried to line those out to stay close but hitting a wall... and they deviate quite a bit.

Whats the highest inferred turbo speed you've hit at higher rpms?

No I haven't been able to get the flow numbers to match. The highest speed ive seen is 430k

    boost update

so heres how i have my settings for the min/max vs. airflow, i can hold 20psi up to 5500ish RPMs and hold 18-19psi at 6000+.
this is at 5500 FT of elevation with D.A. being 6000ft+

im confident that if i set the min vs turbo airlow to 20psi @ 40lbs/m, that ill be able squeeze 19-20psi on the top end.

you have to make sure your map vs. map desired, amd turbo airlow vs Turbo airflow desired all line up.

I thought I was going in the right direction but turning up the torque demand 15 lbs ft and changing tip desired min and max made it all worse. Any suggestions?

did you mess with TTL/LTT tables before this? your throttle is closing alot but your airload is still up in the 1.7s..

I only extended the TTL and LTT to 3.0 as someone suggested earlier, which surprisingly did help a little. I was also able to do a log before it stared snowing today with your suggestions. Not much change to report. Here is a log.

Thanks try upping the LTT tables in from mp 7 through mp10 idk what map points your hitting, but I assume it's between those.

Up the load values from 389 TQ 15% from 3500 to 6k and from 590 TQ in the same range 10%, than use the smooth box function and see if that helps more, if it does than you now your not requesting enough load

also your torque table number 7 hasnt been modified like the others... any reason for that? or did ya accidently for get to scale the load up? maybe fix that and see if you get more boost, also wait until you KOM is at 1 or atleast .80.

i find it odd that your boost drops way down to like the 12psi. make sure all your couplers are tight.

    My map points go about 50% mp8 & 50% mp9 until, 4300 rpm, then transitions to 100% mp8 at 5000 rpm, then to 50% mp7 & 50% mp8 at 6000 rpm.

Good catch on mp7! I completly forgot to change that. I'll change that and see what happens. If its nt any better, ill make the adjustments you suggested. May be thats why the car kept nose diving boost when it hit 5500 rpm.

As far as boost dropping to 12 psi, I dont think its loose. It use to have 15 psi until I started changing things again. If it still drops, ill check the clamps.

You think that the only way to get the boost up is to mess with the LTT tables?

I changed the OAR to start at 1.0 instead of 0 to allow me to make a tune change and just run the car right away. Its still set to lower it if it has bad gas. Once I get it dialed in, I'll set it back to starting with 0.

"Tuning" the TTL should not be required outside of rescaling for a higher range. Think about it, the reason you want more boost is *because* you want more torque. So either something needs to be raised up (ie. driver demand) or some limiter needs raised
