Need help with SOTF, no option.

Can anyone help me figure out why there is no SOTF option under OS? I am new to this stuff and already licensed my ECM and TCM and I am hoping I didn't waste the credits already. Truck is a 2006 Ford 6.0 and I have attached my stock read. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Make sure you have a latest beta version to start with. I never had issue reading then applying the OS for SOTF.

That is pretty mush where my knowledge would stop on this one. if this doesn't work I would summit a ticket

I tried submitting a ticket and they told me they do not help with tuning and simply said go to ford and get the latest flash and from what I can tell the truck does have the latest flash as I always kept my SCT up-to-date. (Which maybe the SCT is the main cause of the issue.) I found other tunes on here that have the OS mod applied but have a different VIN and I am not sure if I can flash those on since the VIN is different. If I can that would be great but also suck because I would have to buy more credits But thanks for the info!
