    gen 3 dyn air

Trying to figure out how some of the dyn air tables work in gen 3. Particularly [ECM] 3026 - VE Correction Factor Filter Coefficient, [ECM] 3013 - Dynamic Airflow Filter Coefficient, [ECM] 3027 - VE Correction Factor Minimum and [ECM] 3028 - VE Correction Factor Maximum. Im guessing moving the rpm and map boundaries to better suit a cam would help when using maf/ve mixed? Also, can we raise steady state low map delta, high map delta, idle map integrator threshold, idle map threshold enable to get more steady fueling or would that hurt transients or idle?

Should any of these be adjusted?

Min, Max, Initial will adjust VE input. You can also make it consider all states unsteady. High RPM Disable still overrides.

Seems like the factory settings would make it hard to actually be in steady state, im guessing emissions. Im thinking fueling could be made more consistent and steady raising some of these values. It seems even at low rpm and idle including transients that the maf is very heavily weighted, im thinking one of the filters could be adjusted to give more reference to the ve.

Or the maf could be failed to run in ve only and relax the requirements to enter steady state to help with wot and cruise.

Not my file but this guy seemed to have the same idea with SD and raising the steady state map parameters. Not sure that this would be optimal but it seems to be a step in the right direction. The map boundaries were also raised, doesnt seem to match what i would have done with this large of a cam in a 5.3 but also seems to be a step in the right direction. I would at least want zone 1-2 above my idle kpa.

High and low MAP deltas as well as RPM threshold can be maxed out to disregard MAF. And possibly a high and low TPS delta.
