    Replacement GPEC2 PCM

    Hey all,

Just asking if if anyone has recommendations for buying replacement PCM's? Have a customer who's fried his GPEC2 from a 13 Ram and I'm trying to help him source one. I see HPT don't sell the GPEC2's, so seeing if there's a business y'all can point me towards.

From my understanding, you can use a handheld device like a OBDStar DC706 to try and clone your customer's existing PCM and load the cloned files onto a donor gpec2. It's pretty common. Just youtube, gpec2 clone and you'll see the whole process. I just ordered some equipment for a bench harness so I can learn how to unlock PCMs and have been scouring videos and information online to learn how to tune (which is how I came across the PCM cloning). Good luck!

Flag ship one would be a good pleace to get a PCM, they will even program it for you before it ships.

A bench harness has nothing to do with unlocking

I'm trying to learn how to unlock GPEC2A as well and that OBDStar DC706 seems like good device.
