    2016 Yukon programming question

Hi, I'm going to be tuning a 2016 Yukon w/ 5.3l. just wondering if I just need to buy the two credits and that is all and I will be able to program the vehicle? I noticed that there is a TDN behind the vehicle year I have no clue what that means and if it's going to cost more for me to program this vehicle? Thank for any help!

The 2016 Yukon only requires 2 credits. When you go to write the tune, it will tell you how many are required but my 2016 and my wifes 2018 only required 2. HP tuners shows credits for each year as well.

Click gather info before reading the truck, that will show you all the computers it will read. There should be a PCM/TCM and possible that it has a CCM or FSCM for the fuel pump. Only select the PCM and TCM. It will only cost you 2 credits for that vehicle.

If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.

It requires 1 credit for each controller (ECM/TCM/FSCM).

Just to clarify, it takes how many credits?

On a side note, I'm going to be programming a Ford fiesta . It has "tdn" denotation behind it. I would appreciate it if somebody was able to explain to me what does TDN means and what it matters to me as I'm just tuning with cottage with it with the HP tuners interface?. Thanks for any help I really appreciate it!

2 credits. Once you have pulled the tune and are ready to write it, it will tell you how many are required and will allow you to purchase them at that time.

I have no knowledge on ford tu ing.

On the website it says what TDN means, tune delivery network.

    https://www.hptuners.com/tdn/

You will not be using that if you buy your own MPVI and plan to do all your own tuning. And like said above, if you gather the info before reading the vehicle on that GMC it will ask you what you want to read. The PCM and TCM on that truck only cost 2 credits total.
