    Little Bit More Power

Hi guys. I have a 2007 Silverado NBS. It is a 5.3 with a Texas Speed CHOPacobra Cam. I had it tuned by a a local tuner but I don't think he did a very good job with it. I am new to tuning and looking to give it a little more power and give it a chop at idle. Any help you can provide is very much appreciated.

What size tire and what gear ratio do you have?
    Stock exhaust or headers?
    87 octane or 93 octane?

The timing is going crazy at the 02:03:39

Needs work for sure, it's running rich all over with those negative fuel trims. The data log is missing your injector information. Plus the o2 sensors aren't in the logs nor is a wideband oxygen sensor you'd need for tuning wide open throttle fueling.

You can buy a AEM OBD2 wideband being that it's a GEN 4 truck with can-bus, makes it easy to data log it.

The high and low octane timing tables look to be the same, that's not good. Burst knock should be disabled. I can't change any of this stuff for you but that's just a few things I noticed right away.
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.

If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.

That is some pretty bad and lazy work. The 2 maf tables do not transition and the low hz table has a big hump. Timing is elevated somewhat with the gas eq adder. Pe eq ratio is rough. A lot is left on the table tune wise.

they are 33s stock headers, 89 octane. I believe 4:10s.

How do you disable burst knock?
also I did hear that you can disable the LTFTs and just use the STFTs thoughts on that?

Being a GEN 4 truck and with this cam you should be able to make good progress with just the fuel trims.

There is no VVE tuning on this. I really encourage you to read about that as it is the foundation of a good solid tune.

To disable burst knock you can just zero the table out.

To get more chop, you can try to just lower the idle speed. Is the idle hanging at all?

I would at minimum tune vve in idle, cruise, maybe wot. The difference is going to be in those idle/off idle areas where the maf is not able to keep up. Give it a few small revs in park from idle and then tune vve and do the same, much more smooth and less hesitation.

I did request my stock file back from my tuner, I did get it so I am now going through and building my own file. As I go is there any tips and tricks that you guys have?
