Constant knock retard but no knock sensors

Hello all. I'm new to tuning. I'm working on a jeep 4.0 wrangler. I rebuild the motor added a cam roller rockers. Bigger injectors and a turbo! I can't seem to figure out why my timing retard constantly bounces between 7.5° and 120° it doesn't matter what rpm or even if the engine is running! Any help would be awesome! Thank you tuning gods!

No knock sensors? Probably acts like constant knock then. If you removed them by disabling codes and disconnecting, it's probably seeing the voltage of a floating input. Try connecting the knock sensor signal wires to ground, or dig deep in tuning to completely desensitize knock.
Or if it's a simple high and low octane spark table, set them both to the same values.

Thanks for the reply. I should have added it's a 4.0 wrangler. They didn't have knock sensors. So there's nothing to connect to ground.

No, what you should add is what ECU, and what firmware.

Post a tune file and data log. Could be many things including wrong PIDs selected in your scanner.
