General fueling question for cold starts

Generally speaking what tables have the biggest effect on cold start fueling? Before the O2's kick in and I suppose after as well. FA cold tables or the ECT multiplier and factor tables? There are numerous other things that will affect the fueling but what are the usual places to start?

    Thanks

usually the ones labeled startup or ones with ECT, which is engine coolant temp which the table will use engine coolant temp to define one axis of the table

Only thing I've ever done was mess with table 34000 Engine->Fuel->General->Startup Base

Ive used that as well but it I assume that table is only while cranking for the most part.

Depending on the ECU Crank fuel is normally the start place or as mentioned ECT tables

Oh, so you're looking for warmup fuel not starting fuel?

Yes sorry I guess that would be a more accurate description.
I guess follow up question would be when does it use the FA cold table vs any of the ECT VE multi and factor tables? The both seem like they do the same thing kinda...

Check out and log the "burn fraction inverse" parameter

Pretty sure I don't have that parameter in the NGC4

just because there is a table in the controller does not mean scanner can log pertinent data for said table

So here is where Im at...it is logging something for burn fraction. Dont know what to do with it even if it telling me something useful. And there isn't a table in NGC 4 that lets me change anything anyway. Attached is latest log of a cold start with a short drive home from work. real rich at first but cleans up as it gets warmer... VE doesnt look the best in this log but the longer it runs the better it gets with the exception of the anomalies of being real rich at start up. Once warm it seems to run and drive pretty good. I just want to get the cold fuel under control and tame the rpm swings at he start then I think Im good...
