6l80 issue after tune for shudder fix

2011 Yukon Denali 6.2 - Tuned it for shudder fix. So far it solved that issue. Now after the transmission is warmed up and driven about 10 miles I have another problem. When sitting in the drop off line at school for 15seconds and I let off the brake to go forward the car initially moves a small amount and then something happens and it?s like the brakes are applied however I think the transmission is the culprit not the brakes. Any help is appreciated. I can send my tune and latest scan for reference.

Post your tune and a log of when it's happening.. That will be the only way you'll get some advice. Otherwise no one can help
