beta not opening

I'm having some trouble with the VCM Suite beta update and could use some help. Here's the situation:

I'm running the VCM Suite beta with a file date of 29.03.24, and it's been working great.

About three weeks ago, I tried updating it, but now it won't open. The little loading icon spins and then disappears.

I've also installed the latest .NET framework provided by HP Tuners, but that didn't fix the issue.

I've tried reinstalling everything, hp support sends me , but the problem persists.

Interestingly, the standard VCM Suite works fine, but the latest beta version still won't open.

As a workaround, I've been copying the old beta file from 29.03.24 over the new one, and it works.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

what does that mean?

uninstall the latest download and install a older version

i only download from their (hpt's) home page

i leave them in my downloads folder

in the future do not click on update, go to their home page instead
