Shift Map logging in VCM Scanner

Has anyone had any success in logging Shift Map (or Base, 4x4, Sport, ECO, etc ) on 2017-2020 trucks?

I can log it just fine on gen 3 21 and newer trucks. But can't seem to get the same polling on gen 2 stuff.

Also, anyone able to see the new cold shifting maps on the 17-20 trucks? Again, I've only seen them on 21 and newer.

Just wondering if anyone has had success before I submit a ticket.
