    Lean wideband Rich o2s

in certain cells my wideband is reading super lean while my o2s are reading rich. ive got no leaks at or before my wideband, and it only seems to read lean when everything is hot. not sure what to do or check

Point to a specific time in the log.
Where is your WBO2 located and are you sensing all 8 cylinders with one WBO2?
What is your polling rate for your WBO2?
In general practice, trust the NBO2's at steady state part throttle tuning and trust the WBO2 for WOT, but do verify it. If the NBO2's are also saying it's rich at WOT, it's mostly safe to say the WBO2s is in the ball park.
The best way to verify both would be to compare them against known good O2's.

If I assume your questioning the steady state cruise area, when the NBO2's are switching and the WBO2s is staying lean, if the vehicle runs fine with no discernable ill effects, I would not question what is happening.
Looks like your VE table is less smooth than I would like to see it and the idle/coast down area also looks like it needs some attention. That's one of the areas I noticed the WBO2s sticking lean and the NBO2's sticking rich along with the STFT pulling 15 percent.

Maybe one the pro's will chime in and give us their point of view.

Ignore your WB unless you're standing on the throttle.

If its idle/mid throttle I like to rely on the narrowbands. They seem to give a better driveability in my opinion. WB for WOT. In my experience, WBs tend to be lean around idle and low RPM.

6 months from now will you be using that wideband or will you be using the narrow bands?

Use the WB for WOT, everything else uses the stock 02s

Are you absolutely sure there are no leaks? Take a dollar bill and hold it near any slip fit primaries. If it sucks the dollar bill to the pipe it's drawing air. It's possible its not leaking exhaust but pulling air. Pulling air into the exhaust will show up exactly like this is showing.

    This is significantly off.

It's possible you are using the wrong transform for the wideband you have. I have a write up on how to find the exact transform for your wideband although the AEM's have been pretty solid for me on the analog outputs.

here is an important tip for you.

Video with your phone the gauge face and the laptop scanner at the same time. Rev it.. get the AFR to change. Then go back and pause the video at different points to see if what HPtuners is reporting matches what the gauge face shows.

I'm fairly certain I've got no leaks but I will use the dollar method and see. My wideband is an aem 35 8460, the aem 30 transform was way off so I switched to the 4110 and it was alot closer of not dead on.

And the wideband is in the downpipe about 12-15 inches from the turbo

Most widebands suggest 18-24 inches minimum after the turbo to keep from being affected by overheating.
