3.0 Powerstroke DTC will not disable

Working on a 19' 3.0. Cannot figure out why the DTC's will not disable when writing the file. (still throwing codes for emissions) Freshly deleted truck, writing complete factory tune + disabled emissions. Will not take, any ideas?

If your emissions codes keep popping up, you may want to revisit your clearing process. Sometimes clearing the code after recording a new tune can help solidify the changes.

hpt is not allowing you to turn off emission related DTCs. You have to use 4.8.7.......but then you cant write because its not the newest?

Ive tried building the tune in 4.8.7 then opening in newest beta, i think that worked to at least remove the check engine light that came on.
