2014 Jeep Wrangler Magnuson Supercharger tuning

    Hey all,

Newb to the forum! I’ve been thinking about getting a Magnuson Super charger for my 2014 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon and I wonder how different the tuning would from that supplied when buying the Supercharger. It comes with. HP Tuner and Tune.

I don’t have a whole lot that’s different from a stock Jeep other than a Jet Throttle body and spacer (no tuning required) and CIA intake with 4.88 gearing with 35’s (hope for 37’s in the future). My Jeep has the stock program with changes for the gearing and tires.

The sales guy was concerned the tune would cross the line of the CARB standard here in CA and the supercharge wouldn’t perform well or we’d be breaking the law

Do you guys have any input here? Any ideas?

I appreciate any insight you can provide.
