UPGrade GPEC 5 to GPEC 2a on 2023 RAM 1500

I belive my RAM 1500 has a GPEC 5 PCM

I would like to put extractors and retune the car as i believe with just this mod alone i can boost its performance from 292KW to about 345-350 KW.

unfortunately, the tuners here in Australia say that they cannot use the GPEC 5 PCM and so cannot help me out...

so i was wondering, why cant i just change to a GPEC 2a instead?

HP Tuners has recently enabled support for the GPEC5 ... maybe the tuner you're talking to isn't aware this is now supported?

Does this mean that the GPEC 5 E Torque 5.7 litre V8 Hemi could now also be supercharged?

If that is possible now, I'm going to have to think about which way to go as the extra 100hp and 100n/m of torque would be pretty hard to pass up on. It would turn the 5.7 into a little bit of a fire breathing monster I reckon

even on the GPEC2 A the E-Torque did not play nice with a supercharger, so be prepared for a long tuning session.
