i got a new lap top and loaded in HP Tuners. after putting in the license it says it can't find the interface. i put it back on my old lap top and it works. also at the top it says 2002 camaro LS1 and my car is a 2004 GTO. how do i make it work?

make sure both MPVI A & MPVI B channel drivers are installed as per the help file
