    Arrow HPT welcomes Bill!

    After not having a life as a dedicated forum moderator we have asked Bill to continue not having a life as an HPT employee Just kidding!!

    Bill (foff667 as most of you know him) is taking a support role within HPT and will be the smiling face behind most support issues in the coming months. I think you'll all agree he is more than qualified to take on this task.

    Thanks for the kind words guys...I'm definitly very happy to be aboard the HP Tuners team & couldn't be surrounded by a better bunch of guys. Hopefully this move will allow faster more efficient customer service and allow the rest of the team to do what they do best meaning better products for you now and in the future.

    Most big companies outsource support to India and other countries.

    Instead, HPT outsourced to NJ.

    Rumor has it that Bill is now working hard to develop a foreign accent!
