most likely in the BCM and so I would say no.
2004 Chevy 1500 CC 5.3L 2000 Pontiac GA 3.4L 1995 Pontiac TA LT1 1997 Camaro 3.8L
You may wish to check the owners manual, may be a combination of fuses and startup sequences to turn it off.. But like noted above, most likely in the BCM.
Thanks guys.

Does the Tire Pressure Low come up in the Driver's info center? If so that means that one tire was or is 12 lbs of pressure lower than the other 3. If the factory radio is installed it has to be done via the radio.
With the car on and th radio off hold the display button for 10 seconds or so. Then you can scroll through the options and find the one that say tire monitor and use the other scroll buttons to move it to reset and reset it. I belive its in the manual.
