You can always download the newest version for your application right from your customer page.
The old serial interfaces had the licenses embedded in the software, whereas the new usb interfaces embed the licenses in the hardware.

I have several HP tuners and other one I bought second hand and want to sent him right CD version!
so your sending him a serial version that YOU bought second hand? I assume you never logged into that account? If so just contact support & we'll get the info switched over for you, then just change that info for the person your sending it to so he can login & download everything he needs. Then you don't need to worry about which CD goes to what
