    VCM Scanner not connecting???

Ok, I recently scanned a 2.2 cobalt with the vcm scanner (2.2 has no tuning suppourt but can scan)...then I went to scan my friends 2.0 cobalt ss and it said to make sure everything was connected...It wouldn't let me connect at all. I tried it on my car, same thing. Do you guys know what's wrong? I even tried deleting it and reinstalling it...same issue

try deleting your VCM Suite.cfg file.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...
