Anyone bought any new credits since the instant processing has been put into effect? I bought a couple credits a few hours ago and got a instant conformation on the purchase and it said I would be receiving the credits shortly but nothing as of yet.

They are instant unless you paid by echeck. If you didn't receive your app key:
1st check your customer page at www.hptuners.com to see if it registers the credits you purchased. If it has the app key WAS sent out already. If you do not see the app key in your email's inbox your spam filter probably ate it or sent it back as spam. In which case YOU must use a different email address that won't reject our email.
If the credits aren't listed on your customer login page did you pay by echeck? If so thats why and the funds MUST clear before we issue credits.
