Email changed, cant download
I have read prior posts, but not sure on this. Trying to access the new download is not working. My email when I got HP is long gone. I have no problem accessing the forum, but getting logged in on the home page gives me the invalid message. How do I give the correct email when it no longer exists? (the serial # is straight from the cable). Do I make a new account? Sorry if I missed something in the posts and this is a repeat... j

If you no longer have access to the email in your profile, nor do you remember your password you will need to send support at hptuners.com a vcm suite infolog so we can reset your password for you.
