Can't you upgrade to a later OS or will that cause a VIN conflict?

I think there's too much potential to turn my PCM to a brick.

I would be more worried about the os not being compatible with his pcm and converting it into a brick.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

Question for the E40 car I'm working on. We recently made 943 with it with an unlocked converter. I don't seem to be seeing the map report anything higher than 207kpa now. I checked the voltage and at 5 volts it reads 207kpa. Could this be an issue from the barometer sensor?

No reason to beg we should be working on adding an 06' os over the next couple of weeks.

Bill, has Chris mentioned anything about the E40 being able to have the MAF update one day?

In all honesty its unlikely to ever happen. Keeping up with today's demands is sometimes overwhelming, going back to revamp older operating systems meant for SD only for pcm's not even in production vehicles isn't something we focus on while moving forward.

I will refrain from uncontrollable joy until I have a version with my OS released.

If my specific OS isn't supported, do I need to go to a dealer and get my PCM flashed, and then do a recal while I'm there?

    ???

Also, how can we know when it's available for '06 Z06s? Will you make a post?

12605732 was the OS most requested for 06's but there's a newer os available so we might just do that newer one 12614682. Not sure at this point as I would need to confir with our head engineer to see how he'd like to do it. Doing the newer one would make more sense in my opinion since those using the older os could just have their os updated via tech 2 then just reread with our software.

Another bump... because I dream about the 2.5bar system more than I dream about my fiance.

Has anyone figured out how to get rid of the squigly timing you get every time you turn the maf off on these? Every time I tune one and turn the maf off the timing becomes full of spikes up and down almost all the way through the run. Turn the maf back on and it's right back to a smooth timing curve.

Check your MAP sensor connection. Ive seen this before where the MAP sensor was wired so registered, but a loose connection threw it around all over the place.

If it looks OK, check it again. Pull on the wires and meter connectivity. Maker sure everything is secure.
