Turn around time for serial license

How long does it usually take to add a serial license? I ordered on Thursday the 20th and received a confirmation of the order, but have not received any further messages. There is no new download on my customer center page either.

Just in case there is a misunderstanding, I have a serial EIO interface. I sent my email stating what year/model to add. I understand it may take a few days, but I would at least like to know the status. Thanks

check your customer logon, if you ordered credits then the inbound email likely went to the wrong email address (if you haven't updated your custom logon info), or were denied by your email server (or marked as spam)

Credits are processed AUTOMATICALLY & INSTANTLY, if you don't receive them instantly check your customer profile to see if they've arrived, if so just resend it to yourself.
