if it's the V2 cable then your spam filter likely caught it as credits are instant.... go to your customer logon page and it should show the new credits. Then you can send the app code again.

Ah, This is most likely what I ran across also. You need to login to your customer center, and then look CAREFULLY for the like that says something like "Send me my most recent Application key" and then watch you email over the next few minutes. I don't think they send it automatically anymore, but on the other hand you can get it without waiting a week like occasionally happened before.
The app keys are instantly generated & sent, if for some reason you didn't receive it its as easy as logging into your account & clicking the link to resend the app key.Originally Posted by PSYKOSTEVO
