CRAZY scanner problem on 2010 Camaro

I just put a base tune in this 2010 Camaro after installing a supercharger.
I plugged in the scanner and the histograms are totally out of wack.
Instead of the RPM scale going up in even increments, like 400-800-1000-1200 etc. It goes something like 6500-6500- 2348- 2- 800- 4890 etc.
The g/sec is the same way. The numbers repeat, sometimes having the same # in 3 rows and then jumping all over the map.
Any idea what the heck this is about?
