Cant log into customer login/ Never got application ID

So I got my interface and cable today, but when I tried to open VCM scanner, I get the message that I need an application ID. I ordered directly from HPtuners and never received my application ID. I have the serial number and when I enter it on HPtuners members login section to setup a login and password, it tells me I have entered an invalid serial number or e-mail. I know I have entered everything correctly, and I am completely confused with this.

I e-mailed Jay already, but I am hoping that someone can possibly help me here also. I really need this to be working and fully functional this weekend.
