Interface was not found or is not responding

Hey I just bought hpt tuners and am having a little trouble getting it to work on my computer. Loaded up fine and everything. had computer on with program, everything was hooked up, power light on module. I went to try the vcm scanner and had everything hooked up. click to connect, it tell me it needs the cd to install something for the usb port. do that and after it downloads a balloon comes up and says it may not work properly. I tryed looking for windows device manager but couldnt find it. I have windows xp

Sounds like you didn't install the MPVI drivers or didn't install them properly, more info can be found here

Hey thanks Bill went to that thread you gave me and got it working, looking forward tomorrow to running it on my car
