    Application Key

    I have purchased an interface used and do not have a application key,
    I have the serial no. How do i get the application Key.
    I do not see it on the CD.
    The CD is version VCM Suite 2.1.12

    The person who sold you the interface should've given you login information so you can retreive your application key or at least should've given you the application key. If not first start there. If, for some reason, you cannot contact the person who sold you the interface contact support and we too can get you up and running if necessary.

    I sent an email to support with the serial# on the interface is that all you need?

    Usually not which is why its better to have the original owner transfer things over.

    I do not think i will be able to get the origonal owner. the interface came with the a car purchase and i have all that was in the car. I have no clue who is the original owner I hope i am not out of luck here.
