Hello, I'm Emma from USA, I'm working on the same day deposit payday loans.
Hello, my name is Jace, I live in Oklahoma. I am really looking forward about learning all I can about hptuners.
I just received my mpvi and looking forward to learning a lot. I?m new to using hp tuners. I recorded a log last night in my truck and went over and over it trying to figure out what anything really is. What am I looking at in the scanner? What normal values should be. When they change while driving, etc. Is there a sticky or post to basically explain what your looking at on the vcm scanner? What is normal and what is bad? This may be the most ridiculous question but i have no one showing me anything and I would love to learn some basics. Not of tuning yet, just learning what stuff is. Thanks for any advice, direction anyone could shoot me.

hi im Tao from escondido
I build anything turbo, nitrous ,or alcohol race cars! Currently building 86 chevy k5 blazer with 2010 l96. I do primarily Haltech ,motec ,aem ,or hondata as I own a dynojet and tune all sorts of vehicles. I bought the mpvi2 to add to my tuning ability, but it doesn't read or anything. I hope this isn't a characteristics of the hptuners mpvi2 as I have seen many people with issues and the only answer I see is it's normal from the hp tuner support responses. any help would be great as I am already very disappointed!
Hello all
My name is Wes living in Woodstock GA. I currently am a shop Forman at a Kia dealership. I have dabbled with tuning but nothing serious until now. My wife bought me the 2 for Xmas. Scanner is awesome. I already have several diagnostic units that cost way more. Wish I would have bought it sooner. Could of used money spent on bolt on performance parts for my GM. Look forward to communicating with you people.

Hello , I'm Eric from France. I have a 2009 Hummer H3T V8 LH8. I'm looking for E85 flex fuel kit and I found this forum.
SO I bought MPVI2+ because I would like to run on e85. In France , E85 is very very less expensive than E10
So I try to learn with your forum what I need to change on my car.
I'm Ray, old school mechanic, I've been messing with cars and engines since high school. As far as how long it's been my high school parking lot had pick ups with gun racks in the back windows with actual guns on the racks. Also Chevelles, Novas, Camaros, real Malibus, Mustangs, a Gran Torino, and one '73 Road Runner. That was me, I had to be different. I've built 340, 440 Mopar, one 302 Ford, a couple of 350 Chevy's, all carbed with either Holley or Edelbrock. I haven't done any engines for a while, getting back into because of a couple of truck projects I got in the works. One is a '97 Chevy dually, old 6.5 turbo-diesel gave up the ghost a couple of years ago. I'm working on a 7.4 with the 411 ECM, 24x conversion for this one. When this is done I've got a 2000 Yukon planned for a 6.0 LS with 4L80 conversion. It's gonna be a busy year. I love the difference in using computer software to tune and dial in an engine versus having to constantly change jetting or manually adjust timing! Thanks to HP Tuners software and the people that keep it running!
This is Scott checking in from Chicago suburbs. Day job is engineering in the Auto industry, so technical background. Learning this tuning stuff for the past year on my 2017 Dodge Durango RT. Started with a Diablosport and email tune. But not satisfied and I possibly loaded a wrong tune or two and now I am not really sure what my email tune is based on. So I've gifted myself an mpvi2 and trying to sort things out. Thanks to those who have filled this forum with useful information! I've been reading...

hello I am new to HP tuners but very comfortable with mechanical and electrical. have been a drivability/transmission tech for GM for 30 years. I know this may be and old Question, but I am building an engine for my 1998 chevrolet 2500 L31 and will need to tune it. was told by our local dyno tune guy that the PCM (black box) is not tuner friendly. have watched many tuning videos to learn the HP tuner and MAF,VE tuning. none of the stuff I could find was based on my platform. what are the things I need to Know to tune it. will I need to change to the 411 PCM. I have learned so much from this forum but need some more specific tuning information. any help would be appreciated. the engine im building is to tow my trailer and will not see 5500rpm. going to run TPI with 30lb Bosch injectors, AFR 195 heads and a GM 383 camshaft if it helps. thankyou for you time.
Finally able to make a post and introduce myself. My name is Eric Harris, I purchased my Hptuner so I could upgrade my sons f150. Unfortunately he gave in to depression and felt suicide was the only answer. So now his truck has become a tribute to him. Its not any thing special but it means the every thing to me. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know. Its a stock 2004 f150 fx4 5.4. Thanks for any ideas.
Hey there, my name is Kevin and I am new here and new to tuning. I have a 99' S10 that I have been toying with. I recently bought a custom TD04 turbo kit that I am ready to outfit my truck with but I want to learn more about tuning before I install it. I have been watching a lot of Youtube videos and trying to learn as much as possible about my trucks PCM. I know tuning this S10 doesn't go too far in-depth as far as options but I still would like to learn more so that the turbo system will run optimally and I can say that I set this truck up and it runs the best that it can. So reach out, help me if you can hahaha. I am currently attempting to learn more about PE and VE.
