As far as Ive understood, the Mustang is not supported in those years. I would love to tune our 2001 as well but I have to go buy a new tuner software to do that.

It may be a very long while before HPT offers something for non-PowerPC pcm based Fords. The particular pcm that's in that 2000 is an EEC-V.
SCT and DiabloSport are the current companies who offer custom tuning or just off-the-shelf programmers for that particular vehicle.
