What year? If an LS3 then keep your stock heads and go with the built SB.
If you have an LS2, and if you go with the built SB and the stock heads, you'll more than likely get more mid-range versus more top-end range if you go with aftermarket heads and cam on the stock SB.
If you have an LS2, I'd personally look into buying the L76/LS3 heads/intake/injector combo, and going with a good cam. Hopefully you already have LTs (long tubes), and a good exhaust.

get rid of the gt-11... its a great cam for a daily driver, but a weekend warrior, doesn't pull as hard as it should unless ur shifting in the 7ks..
