loss of communication with TCM on LBZ

So i was writing a new tune on my LBZ which i have changed the tune numerous times when i started, everything came up like it always does, and when i got around 23% of the rewriting it stopped and said it was retrying so i waited for around five minutes and nothing happened so i hit the abort button because i figured something had frozen up, when i went to rewrite it it said TCM recovery failed but the write went through, however when i started it and tried driving it, it slammed into reverse and the service brake system light came on, and now it is stuck in second or third gear, i have no speedo and it is in safe mode, it has absolutely no power i have tried everything i know what to check, voltage is good and everything seems normal except the TCM issue. Also when i go to read my current tune from the vehicle it says it cant connect with the VCM
Please help anyone with any helpful advice.....

Did you try to rewrite the tune after all this happened?
2001- Silverado 4.8, coldair intake, custom catback, headers, Stohner Tuned
2003- durmax dads truck.Yet to be tuned completely.
