Make sure your drivers are installed.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

i release the the 2.22 software and i put the appliction after i put it

i click to the icon in license info and i have massge tuld me
unable to locate an COM port.
Make sure other programs are not currently using the COM port that the interface is plugged into

and the old one is vista

Did not say it was. I had to wipe my computer clean since it was not an upgrade it was the new software.
And in device manager to manually add the drivers it says unsuccessful.
