This feature is in Direct Scan that is used on Buick GNs. U can adjust it for different TPs setting to start recording. How about a distance & time meter for the scanner???

Thats a great idea!
If it does not make it into 1.5 we'll shoot for 1.6

that would be cool, that way it will start loging on you burnout without worring about starting it up
I was just thinkinga bout this today!
because i am only really concerend at WOT for the time beaing.. but i like ot go on about 15-20 mins drives when i go out testing.. and i only get about a minute of wot data or so..
but i still need to watch whe whole 20 mins of logging..
I would love this feature!

You don't have to watch anything if you export to excel and delete all the non-WOT data and just view it that way.Originally Posted by Missing2

so do think this feature will go into new 1.5?
As far as sorting through logs just select the TPS column in excel and crl-f 100 . It will skip right to the first wot throttle area.
This would be a really cool feature though. How about being able to have a start and disable TPS and then make the scanner apend to one log. Say start at WOT and stop at say 25. Then when you go WOT again it will start recording and add to an exsisting log, that way you get rid of all the junk in between.

I wonder if this made it to 1.5???? ;D
I don't think 1.5 is released yet so it's anybodys guess.
EDIT: when you first wrote that I got all excited and thought they release 1.5.

So is going to be in 2.0?????
can anyone at HP tell us. ttt
It might be.. but here is the thing...
you can log 80+ minutes of data..
Why not just start the logging and stage the car and go about your business. You won't run out of storage space.
