Thread: Support agreement request

    Support agreement request

Like a tranny shop that does 1 re-stall for free, HPTuners should do the same. If I sell my 98 for an 02 as an already existing customer I would hate to have to pay an additional 399 just to tune my car. This drives the price up of the software to approx 900 if you bought the EIO cable. I understand if you want to keep both years (98,02) but in the event you don’t there should either be a free "re-stall" or a fee less than 399 to R & R a year...

Sell your old cable, it has virtually 100% resale value. (at least that's what they've been telling people to do)

I guess with the new pricing structure no need to answer this question
