    4l80e shift pressure/driving pressures

i am having trouble keeping my freshly built 4l80e in 3rd and OD under any moderate throttle. it seems to want to slide back into the previous gear even when im manually commanding a gear with the VCM scanner.

for instance, if i command 3rd gear it will go into 3rd gear but as soon as i apply some throttle it will slide back into 2nd even though i am commanding 3rd and the trans is telling me i am in 3rd.

I did a quick log and noticed at times my command pressure seems to drop to zero. what is the crusing pressure supposed to be and how do i change it?

i have the following tables in my tran section:

    normal
    brake-coast
    Br/PwrON

    and the following under downshift:

    downshift
    brake-coast
    Br/PwrON

i know what the normal and down shift tables do but what do the other brake-coast and Br/PwrON tables do.

    thanks

sounds more like a internal transmission problem than a tuning problem.
