Does anyone know which 28f400 chip is used [top boot or bottom boot]?

I wanted to get a few extras before I removed mine
just incase I destroyed mine in the process.

    thanks

I have read comments on other boards that it is -T , and after reading a couple hundred PDF's from INtel it has been said in there that the automotive version has used the -T for top loading.

Best I can help with that.

It's bottom boot, don't know where to get it, I know you can use the AMD 29Fxxx (easier to buy )chip you just have to readjust the pins and drop the voltage to 5v.
