    Calibration Mismatch

OK just hit a major crap shoot

    friend has 07 GXP
other friend got 09 GXP, then got stage 2 kit and had dealership install it

we scanned 09 before and after

then 07 friend put on the same sensors and copied values but he kept getting error p2227. So after doing lots of reading the consensus was we needed to just write the 09 entire read onto the 07. So we just paid for the 09 vin and started to upload it..then crash boom bang!

    Calibration Mismatch

File OS ID does not match VCM OS ID
File OS: 1269314 VCM OS: 12610055
Please load a file that is compatible with this VCM.

Is there any way to upgade the OS on the 07 without spending more money?

What procedure do we need to do to get the whole code from the 09 into the 07 to make it work as smooth as the 09?

Thanks for all your time in this matter.

I don't believe there is any way HPTuners will write a file with the wrong calibration codes into the ECU, you need to find an '07 file that matches the sensors.

I ran into this between '08 & '09 files on a Cobalt before.
