You can e-mail me for instructions on how to extend your software upgrade period.
You will receive the remainder of 1.x updates for free... 1.6 will most likely be the end of the 1.x series though.
2.0 will be released soon but not within 2 weeks. Right now it is looking like 2.0 will be released in Februrary.

You will receive all 1.x upgrades for free for life.

He was talking to tech, his update period expires on 1/19. If you're still in your software update window, you will get 2.0. If not, you won't unless you pay for a year of updates.
