Tahoe 5.3 WONT POWERBRAKE

I cant for the life of me do a burnout in my Chevy Tahoe 5.3. It seems like when the brake is on it wont Rev past 2k. I already have 100% TM removed and still nothing. Is there other tables that will allow me to do a burnout in HPT? Heres my tune....

They didn't put hydroboost on Tahoes until 2004 and then only some of them.

Hydro-boost= hydraulically boosted brakes. Power provided by power steering pump.

My 06 5.3 would not PB until I changed the converter.

You don't have enough poo in your motor to do so. Stock stall= 18** right? You could of course go to a skinnier rear tire set up.

Just add them both to the table display and log it.

I disabled the ETC limits and it still doesnt seem to have the power it needs on the low end. Is there anything in the tune that could be causing this or am looking at something mechanical?

I just want you guys to understand that i dont necessarily want to do a burnout i just attempted one the other day and my truck cant do one. Just wondering if these trucks are unable to do a burnout for lack of power or if i have something wrong with mine. If so ill look into it further. I did some experimenting in the rain last night and when i just floored it off a stoplight my tires wouldnt spin but if i would slow roll then punch it i would loose all traction. This is why i have suspicion that its something in the tune. Also since it wont Rev past 1500 with brake applied. Is this typical for a 2003 Tahoe and can it be fixed?

Ill give that a try tomorrow. Any other changes you guys see i should change?
