    scanner works but nothing else,help?

    I can scan fine, but when I try to open editor all I get is the HPtuner logo. What am I doing wrong?
    1999 LPM Z28 A4&&K&N FIPK,LS6 cam,Pacesetter LT\"s w/ 3\" X pipe,dual dynomax bullets,Vig 3200,Transgo shift kit,B&M supercooler,LCA,APB,STB,3.73 gears,125 wet N2O.&&Waiting to install MTI SII cam.

    You should have a toolbar up the top that says >> file>Edit>favorites etc.
    Click on File and open a saved bin file.

    You have gone into the "VCM Flash" program and saved your stock .bin file first?

    I did not know that I had to do that. I'm a bit of a virgin at this tunning thing. Thanks.
