Couple questions, can I view other files?

I have a 99 C5 and will be purchasing software soon, due to the addition of headers and other stuff to follow...

But I have a few questions.... If I buy the software for my car, can I open and look at other people's tuner files posted online. Like if someone has an 02 F-body or etc... file. Can I open different files to look at and compare values, even though my HP tuners would be registered for my 99 C5.

Yes, you can view any other vehicle's bin files. You cannot however modify them and save them.
