Its a 02 ls1 with a 6spd to auto conversion (700R4) I keep getting a flashing check engine light and there are no codes, funny thing is it only seems to do it first thing in the morning for the initial drive the rest of the day its fine. Any ideas?

it is a missfire . or you have an aftermarket cam and need to adjust your missfire detection tables.
fast as fast can be..... When i hit the nos, youll be sayin... WAIT4ME!!!!!
yes I do have a cam, How would I go about adjusting the tables?
this is in the wrong section...but if it is the misfires go to engine diagnostics, delete the p0300 code then go to the 6 misfire tables and slightly raise the numbers.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...
