HP Tuners VCM Suite v1.5
HP Tuners is happy to announce the release of VCM Suite v1.5. This release includes some very substantial feature and usability enhancements as well as some major core software structure changes to prepare us for the future. We are also proud to announce with this release we begin shipping of our new Enhanced I/O (EIO) Interface hardware with four analog inputs (for sensors such as WBO2, EGT, etc.) and also, in an industry first, two scanner controlled outputs that can be used to drive control relays and/or various LEDs/lamps.

- Added Emissions and Readiness status support
- Improved histogram for V6 vehicles
- PCM Controls added including various on/off, PWM and Transmission controls. Also, includes CASE learn and cylinder balance test. (exact capability varies with year/model/engine)
- Status bit monitoring capability (Fans, AC, etc.)
Resolved issues:
- Fixed overflow error when exporting very large .hpl files to .csv
- Fixed export timestamp

Software
Existing customers with software support (thats everyone) will be notified via email when the VCM Suite v1.5 software upgrade is available for download via our customer login page http://www.hptuners.com/login.html
Enhanced I/O Interface
Existing user (Std and Pro) special upgrade price (order before 12th Nov 2004): $75 + shipping
- existing interface must be returned to HP Tuners before new interface will ship. Send the interface ONLY! Keep your cables. Just send the black box.
- Std I/O packages that are ordered after 29th Oct, 2004 are not eligible for this special upgrade
Enhanced I/O upgrade price (after 12th Nov 2004): $150 + shipping
- existing interface must be returned to HP Tuners before new interface will ship
VCM Suite Std: $499
VCM Suite Std with Enhanced IO: $649
The Enhanced IO interface will ship with all VCM Suite Pro packages at no extra charge.
EIO Upgrade/Return Process
The following process will be used for upgrading from Std IO to EIO interface hardware:
- order either via paypal to [email protected] or via certified check or money order payable to "HP Tuners LLC" included with interface
- ship interface in a padded envelope to:

- When you ship your interface you MUST include your full name, e-mail address, phone # and return ship to address in CLEAR PRINT with your interface. Also, information sent via e-mail conversations will NOT be used for processing. You MUST include all relevant information with your shipment to us.
- please register or insure your shipment as lost interfaces will not be replaced.
- returned interfaces will be checked before new interface ships.
