Emailing for 2 days to purchase HPTuners, no reply

Ive been emailing for two days trying to purchase your product and cannot get an email back.

Im sorry im in a hurry but my car is down at the moment due to a LS1Edit Pcm screw up.

Im trying to purchase your cable/software for a 98/99 fbody with the new price plan, trading in my LS1edit cable and EFIlive setup in.

I emailed a 2nd time to make sure as well. Im in the valencia area same as you and would like to come by with my cables for a trade in and pick up your product this week but do not have the address or phone # to contact your company.

AidanN20, the HPTeam is not just here in Valencia ... they are scattered around. Keith resides in Chicago, Chris is in Aussie Land and Ken is here. But they do all of the business through the internet, and do not have a physical business location. You are also local to me and I would be willing to lend some HPTuning assistance to you. I have the 1998 software you can barrow until you receive your HPT package. Email me if you'd like. 8)

Should I go ahead and fill out the order and send Paypal payment for purchasing the software and then just deal with getting the refund when you get my ls1edit/autotap cables?? I need to get your software setup ASAP as my car is down until i get your setup. Ls1edit fried my old computer in a software glitch, so im switching to your great product.

I'll go ahead and get payment sent to get you guys to mail out the product if you can let me know that i can get the tradein my stuff later?
